Shipping policy


  • Shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping the item.
  • We are not responsible for any duty, tax, or brokerage fees that may be applied by customs in your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery times may vary, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost packages, or postal service issues once an item has been shipped.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the package is returned to us as undeliverable.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs duties/taxes, or failure to collect it, the buyer must cover the cost of reshipping.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Our system automatically pulls the shipping address from your order details, so please double-check before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

  • Example: If you purchase an item on January 1st with a 1-5 days processing time, the latest possible ship date would be January 6.
